Our legendary Chi Alpha house located at 231 S. Duck has been apart of Chi Alpha since the 1950′s. Over the years the house has served Chi Alpha for offices, bible studies, housing, and occasionally a large group meeting area. Last year the house was in major need of repair. The roof was leaking, the foundation had settled 14″, the windows were bad, and the electrical was out of date. So, we did a $75,000 renovation to the house. The renovations included: new windows, new roof, foundation work, new electrical, new front door, new kitchen appliances, installed a breakfast bar, new sheet rock, new crown molding, new furniture, new paint, and all new interior doors.
We are now launching a massive campaign to pay this debt off. We have already paid off $4,000 leaving right around $71,000 remaining to pay. Would you consider making a donation to this project. This page will be updated once a month with updated figures on the amount owed. We need this debt paid so that we can continue with further projects such as purchasing additional facilities. Pastors, Alumni, and Friends, please consider what you can do to help us eliminate this debt!
